Recycling in Cape Verde .

The wheelbarrow would have been thrown away years ago in the U K , but in Cape Verde nothing is discarded if it can be repaired and re-used . The recycling / welding was undertaken at the side of the road in the capital town Espargos , using an old piece of tin to cover the original hole . Health and Safety hasn't reached this tiny idyllic island yet !!
