Old Rose

A rather ER tonight...the beautiful wee roses that I Stole picked last week had withered up in my bathroom, so a quick shot with the macro lens.  Do really like flowers as they become dried and ready to drop, something so fragile about them.

Been spending quite a bit of time emailing our travel agent as we try and find flights to London early July, seem to have got something sorted this afternoon. Have been busy printing for the North Shore Salon, so pleased with my new printer that I got in March, the resulting prints are beautiful, just depends if the judges like the images! Had one of our club members out for the afternoon learning the techniques of printing as he is getting his own printer. Ian took an Austrian girl and some friends out fishing and got home tonight with 2 trout, so a late dinner after some socialising.
