Spring blossom

Had a lovely relaxed day with my Mum today.  We got up slowly and made it out of the house just before lunchtime.  Scooted down to the town and ate lunch at the Bishop's Palace, before going round the gardens there.  It rained on us a bit, but soon brightened up and it was really quite hot and sunny by the time we left.  I nipped to Boots and bought Mum a wrist support, as she's strained her wrist - then we went back to her house.

This afternoon I helped make up a load of storage boxes for her to organise a load of old photos she found recently (which belonged to various other members of our family - my grandparents, aunts, etc).  Had a nice time looking at lots of them, too.  We moved into the garden again for, yes, another glass of wine, and ate our dinner out there, too.  I thought the blossom on this tree was beautiful with the light shining through behind it.

Headed up to bed good and early, ready for a horribly early start tomorrow!
