For Sale

All of these plants - and many more - will be for sale at the Alpine Garden Society Show in Wymondham on Saturday.

To make the plant show possible a small band of enthusiasts (nutters!) have collected, transported and erected nearly fifty trestle tables, 126 trestles and various screens.  All the tables are covered with green fabric and a layer of plastic before the show classes can be laid out.  Cakes have been cooked, rolls filled and soup heated.  All we need now are the show plants.

In the morning, over 300 plants will arrive, brought by growers from around the UK.  Turn up at Wymondham High School on Folly Road any time after 9am and you can pick up the best of the sales plants and enjoy tea and cake before the show opens mid-morning.  We are there until 330pm after which time it all has to be put away again until next year!
