Dawn Surfer

I spent nearly two happy hours on the beach this morning from just before sunrise. I knew I had to make the most of it, as similar sunrises are looking unlikely for the remainder of my stay, and make the most of it I did! I took more than 500 photos, so, of course, choosing just one is very hard - I haven't even looked at them all yet! Anyway, in the end, the choice was easier than expected. Working on the principle of blipping that which is unrepeatable, I chose the surfer as it is unlikely that I will see another surfer riding a wave just as the sun rises over the mountain - I hope you like it!

After the beach, I returned home to a leisurely breakfast on the patio with freshly brewed coffee and last week's newspaper. Much of the rest of the day has been spent either relaxing in the sun or sorting my photos - interspersed with the odd glass of sangria.......not a bad way to spend a day...... :))
