Cut off

Jumped onto my Honda lawn tractor to cut grass (still looking for brownie points after Sunday - they're like air miles, hard to get, expire quickly and don't get you far unless used on their terms).


Turned they key and it fired up straight away.  Whizzed down the long hedge boundary where the grass is always thickest, turned round to admire my cut and there was nothing.  Oh bugger. Hadn't even bent the dandelions.  

Had a crawl over it, under it and discovered the cutter driving belt was loose.  Went to the Honda website whose sole purpose seems to be to drum up work for their dealers.  Advised me to tighter the tensioner.  It doesn't have one.  In that case, it says, contact your dealer.

Went back under and took a load of photos to fathom out the problem.  Still fathoming...
