Psychedelic Cable Car

 Following the non arrival of predicted rain we went  to the gardens this arfo via the Cable Car.

This is a fun (and free  if you are an older NZ person) and had the added value of psychedelic tunnels which caused much excitement to the young couple with the “selfie stick” in the seat across the aisle (not shown thank goodness).

The Boss is not known for his love of Botanical Gardens BUT on the last visit a couple of days ago he read the menu at the Cafe and that was the reason for the return…Right?
Delicious lemon and sugar  crepes.

On the walk bark to the Cable car for more photo’s he met a nice lady with a different accent and they chatted for a while. She was from “The City” which she pointed out to The Boss after he used another shortened term for the place.
Virtual Choc Fish for those that kno where in the world this is.
Extra today is The “Fields of Remembrance Anzac Crosses” that you will pass if you use the more direct route down the hill. 

And to the nice lady…..The moss got overruled…Often happens to moss I suppose. Kia-ora and Woof!!
