On the Interstates there are few 'rest areas' without garages, shops etc. This sign is common wherever there is restricted access to a road. Spent much of the day on interstates ending up at Red Bluff near the northern end of the Sacramento Valley. We were within 4 miles of our turn off to Red Bluff but were held up for over an hour as there had been a bad accident. Head for the coast tomorrow.
