Victorian Artefacts

This rather magnificent Victorian bandstand is in Broadfield Park, Rochdale.  It was erected in 1893, and then fully restored in 2005 to the exact original specifications.
The clock tower just appearing to the right is the 190 ft (58m) tower of Rochdale's wonderful Victorian Town Hall - a Grade 1 listed building.
 It contains five bells which ring on the hour and at 15-minute intervals.  They make a wonderful sound.
