Legend
Today we took two coaches down to Cramlington, near Newcastle, to play in a mini tournament. Although results didn't all go our way, it was still a great experience. The games were good, played in the right spirit, and the boys all had a good time.
As the icing on the cake, we were lucky enough to get to meet a proper football star, Peter Beardsley. For the youngsters out there, he was a Geordie Messi. Go look him up on youtube and be amazed. One of my all-time favourite players.
Afterwards we went to St. James Park and watched Newcastle win. Before the match they had a tribute to the families of the Hillsborough 96, which was a nice gesture. Strange to hear geordies singing 'You'll Never Walk Alone'.
