The Light house

I had an idea for a photo today when I saw the isle of Arran standing clear and snowy behind the lighthouse. I could not get it the way I wanted and the tripod nearly got left on the beach in my frustration. I was using quite a big lens and my tripod is not up to the job and continuously droops.

I tried a bit of processing and this is the best I could do.

Off out tonight to hear King Creosote at the Crinan Hotel. I have no idea what to expect.
