A frosty morning

The morning light casts shadows across the frosty field in this view taken from my bathroom window. The field is one of two adjacent to my house, and two more close by, that the local landowner is proposing be sold for housing. We spent some time today with my neighbour, who is fairly active in village politics, discussing the situation and what is being done to defeat the proposal.
