Muscari (Grape Hyacinth)
A very bright day but bitterly cold.
A very varied day. First thing, saw the Nurse for a Shingles injection. Apparently, when you pass 70 they offer it to you. Certainly wouldn't want to have an attack now - I had one years ago and it was painful.
On to a big Furniture Store to try and exchange a faulty handset for my wife's reclining chair. This was our third visit - the one the Manufacturers sent was the wrong one. Here's hoping the next one will solve the problem.
Home to face a pile of Children's Hearing papers for tomorrow's Panel. Three heavy child protection cases.
Time to face the cold to get a bright and breezy photo for blip after the snowy one's from up north. Actually, with the wind chill, it felt much colder today. The RHS describe the Muscari - as a children's plant - huh - I find them delightful.
