Nah, you have to spend the sabbath up at 6 0 clock, heading out for a run with friends .

Run before your body realises what you are up to

A grand running buddy reunion , haven't been out on a Sunday with them for some time .

Stonking run , all is good .

Then had the afternoon watching Jonny Brownlee in World Series triathlon event whilst having a boyfriend lying in my lap feigning interest ( in Jonny, not me ) . Too much goodness at once ...
