Ducking and Diving

Beautiful start to a mainly grey day

The colours at Lister Park were astonishing .

Ran slow to pace a friend round parkrun which was nice and rewarding .

Then had a walk with the girls with Wendy , slight small scale child tantrum but that passed

The rest of the day was spent buying books and chilling with my friend Fleur who came over .

A Phil free day which was odd but will
Make me appreciate him all the more when I do see him .
