Long View to Beamsley

As yesterday was a high it was inevitable that it would be followed by a low. I had very little energy today, but I'm putting that down to the wine rather than the bike ride. I'm determined not to relapse into that vicious circle so I did get out for another very short outing. I still seem to be all over the place, much like this wall!

The hill in the distance is the ever present Beamsley Beacon. It's never far away at the moment.
