Chocolate always helps

I have had a really sore toe all week, on Thursday it got so  bad, I sat and bathed it most of the day. Appointment made for Chiropodist for this morning. After she cut half my toe nail away and referred me to the podiatry clinic (don't know how long I will have to wait for appointment), I was feeling miserable so we went to our favourite little garden centre where I had a lovely hot chocolate.
In the evening we accompanied a friend to the theatre to see  The Shepherd's Life. That was wonderful and I spotted my 2nd ornamental   Herdwick sheep.
