Flower Friday - lines

We decided to enter the spirit of the Flower Friday challenge today, so Swannie took this shot on her way out to Kirk Yetholm this morning.  The yellow flowers of the oil seed rape crop were doing their best to brighten up an otherwise dull morning.  I think summer is probably over now!

Tonight, we had a knock at the door and it was Kerry, the plumber who fitted a new tap in the kitchen at the start of November.  She had finally brought the bill, five and a half months later!  Swannie had phoned her a couple of times then had given up chasing her, but still had the money sitting waiting to pay it.
