Christmas is coming....

not really! It was another lovely day with hot sun and a cool breeze, good walking weather. Looking across the hillside, found the Cairngorm herd of reindeer. This cow was still sporting her antlers, some had one and some had none. The calves were with their mothers. Both cow and bull reindeer have antlers.
Before seeing them, behind the house , I disturbed the roe doe. She is about to, or maybe already has, drop her fawns. She usually has twins and keeps them hidden until May. She was very close to the house.
