A GOOD START TO THE WEEK

No, not the rainbow!  The good start was getting back to yoga after 5 weeks absence.  

After a telephone conference, I spent a happy two hours in the sunny garden this afternoon. The resilience of the neglected garden never fails to amaze and delight me. It's had so little attention this spring, but it bounces back. 

Back to teaching this week - looking forward to it, although nothing ever completely dulls those start-of-term nerves. 

Just back from a delicious walk in the moonlight.
