Peter

This is a photograph of one of the people who appointed me to the job I left last month. At the time he was the Scottish Director though he retired some six years ago. Today he very kindly took me out for lunch and even more kindly allowed me to take his picture for today's Blip. "You can do whatever you want", he said which just goes to show we've both retired.

We had a lovely lunch at the National Gallery and it was great to catch up. My extra shows the view from our table.

This really is the last post-work celebration (I think). Thank you Peter for a very enjoyable and convivial lunch.
