Surfing Dog

Early start this morning to go to the park run. Turned up and my phone died so no book for the run. Managed to run with IB for the first 2.5K, which resulted in a PB around the course for me. Times are getting better. J took Kilda for a good run on the beach at the same time. Came back and J decided not to go to boot camp as her shoulder was hurting a bit still. Went out to do some messages, which involved the tip and Pets at home. Its now one shop we can’t go back to as Kilda decided to have a pee at the till. Went to Portie so J could have a swim and Kilda another run on the beach. Put her life jacket on and she went for a swim. Unfortunately  big wave went over the top of her. But she still managed to get back OK. An afternoon of doing things in the flat before leaving Kilda to go up town. Couldn’t be bothered cooking for Chips for tea.
