A mini-Monet
Being a beautiful autumn Sunday, I picked up the camera and strolled in the gardens nearby, aiming to practice all my new found skills. Birds were my first objective, then I chased some bees, but none behaved well for me (still heaps to learn). In frustration I sat by the pond and looking down at these water lillies I was embued with a sense of calm, so thought this would do to reflect today's mood. My extra is a very vain Willy Wagtail that popped in and catching his reflection in the water, was transfixed. His vanity gave me time to fiddle with my newfound settings!
