Monet to Matisse

A day trip to London on the train to meet an arty friend and go to the Painting the Modern Garden - Monet to Matisse exhibition at the Royal Academy.  Really busy but excellent and very enjoyable.  Good to catch up with her.

Good trip home (although I was offered a seat on the Tube by a lady who I am sure was older than me) and great to be back.  Day trips such as these make me appreciate home and the local scenery even more.
