White Lily (again)

Visit to osteo this morning and neck and shoulders feel a bit looser now.  

Loafing about at home until college later - final session of Lightroom course and we have presentations to give.  It will be interesting to see the other ones.

Weather a bit grim but improving as the day wears on.  Don't really want to think that it is twice as hot and sunny in London as here.

Quick FaceTime call with No 2 son - he is preparing for an interview and wanted to bounce a few ideas off me.  Nice to be needed.
