Two hours difference.....

from thick snow to hot sun! Woke to find big, wet flakes falling and they continued until lunchtime. Then the sun came out, melted all the snow, except for the hills. Very hot sun  and good out of the wind. Cold in the wind!
Birds sitting out, sleeping and drying out in the afternoon.
