A day

A looooong day with Mom...with both good & bad news... Good news that I'm sure she recognised me & she responded a couple of times to the doctors & my sister... Bad news that she has the worst form of meningitis & a very severe case of it, in the long run she will need neuro rehab. It's going to be a long journey.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Mom showing signs of recognition...her eyebrows went up when she saw me & her eyes followed me round the room.
2) Being with my Dad, sister & Mom.
3) Prayer.

To add insult to injury, there's a leak in my parents kitchen! Grateful for amandoAlentejo & Mike coming to the rescue.
