Traffice Jams

It's been a windy day and that breeze has been chilly.  It has been a lovely sunny day but a couple of showers after tea.

After a long commute to work, I finally arrived to work and been in the office all day, working with more old photos.  I had Robbie Jnr Arthur in with some photos from his collection, scanned and named.  Met mam for lunch, always love the Coffee and Keetchin cafe :)  A rush to work after tea.  It's been a steady night in the pub and then a few drams after for my friend Julie's birthday.

A section of the North Road is closed for roadworks just and the traffic in Lerwick is horrendous, well for an islander.  My usual 10 minute commute to work took half an hour this morning, due to the north traffic spilling into the smaller streets.  Also there was a car going the wrong way and hitting kerbs too, which slowed things down.  This was taken just outside Lerwick, and the long journey ahead down Sound Brae.
