Mono cleaning up Monday

Worked all day together with the workers to clean up (see blip) and organize after they had finished the upgrading modernizing work in our house. Nice sunshsine day, would rather have liked to have a walk. Joined a late hour spinning class to unwind my body. 13 ladies and me the only man showed up. I am not sure what I felt about that. Probably lonely and a bit insecure.
