Meet Moose

As expected, we had fairly slow start to the day, but we made up for it later. While I was out on an after-dinner walk with Z and B, Cynthia wrote a detailed log of the day's activities.

My blip is one of the vendors at the Wednesday Farmers' Market, Ralph "Moose" Fahey, a member of the Semi-Pro Football Hall of Fame, Class of 1995. It's worth viewing this large to see the detail in his beautiful hand-carved walking sticks. Some of them have whistles incorporated in the handles. He also carves jewelry and other miscellaneous smaller items.

Most of his materials are found pieces -- I promised to look out for some when I'm walking in the woods.
