This is an unusual bird for our garden. We see them maybe once a year. Had lovely views of him.
Not a very exciting Easter holidays day - an overdue trip to the dentist with C now needing a filling in his chicken pox affected tooth (who knew chicken pox could affect teeth that hadn't yet come through at age 9 months?!). The boys had an hour on the PS before D went to gymnastics training and C went round to a pals for a few hours. It was a WI evening and as A is away in Paris this week I did think I would miss it. Luckily the Dad of their pals agreed to have them over for the eve. The boys were very excited - not sure I quite agree with the sweeties from the icecream man and evening in the Xbox but it was great fun for them :-D and I got to learn all about bread making.
