Blackmoor Vale

Today was the interment in Higher Ground Meadow green burial ground of the ashes of my dear friend J.  She had been suffering for several years and had lost the fight.  A very special person and very talented.  An archaeologist, J was also a writer and artist with a lovely sense of humour and tremendously kind.  She will be missed terribly.

This is the view from the boundary fence.  What a lovely place.
