Moment

This Clivia is having its moment, so it deserves to be today's picture. I got it as an offshoot from a friend's plant and this is the first time it has bloomed properly. That makes me happy.

And I'm happy to be home and find all well. Yesterday's key debacle had a final twist when my spare car keys turned up in the car , in full view of any passing felon. It had been parked on the street for a week. The good folks of Morningside are obviously very law-abiding- or maybe nobody thinks my car's worth stealing?
