Participating & Contributing . . .

is one of the five key competencies that N.Z schools are responsible for imparting to their students.  This week I have been trying to get photos that capture that happening in the art room.
Here is Chase talking to the class about how he has been blending pastels on this section of his picture.  Peter is his assistant and holding the picture.  I liked how Peter was looking at Chase and listening to his comments.  
The pictures have five different bike parts on them.  I call them abstract bikes.  They are blending either cool or hot colours so the finished pictures should look good.
