End of the walk

It was a short morning back to the bus. In fact as it was raining, and the track was all in trees, we didn't linger, and were first back to the end of the trail. However it was another 1.5 hours till the last person appeared, so by then the little biters had us well bitten, despite the Deet.

The bus appeared and drove us back to Queenstown, stopping first at the pub at Glenorchy for a celebration. The road back was just gorgeous, along the lakeside, and the sun came out.

We had a potter around Queenstown.
