Lake Harris

Our favourite day on the Routeburn track. We climbed above Lake McKenzie in cloud, but by the time we reached the Hollyford Face the sun came out. Some of this was exposed but nothing to give me shaky legs. The views down into the valley were stunning. Then we climbed more to the Harris Saddle.
The blip is Lake Harris, just as clouds started to appear. It looks pretty much like many Scottish walks! It was a long downhill to the Lodge at the Routeburn Falls, where we had a lovely dinner.
