Heroes

Today I woke up in Washington DC. It was a beautiful day but COLD and windy! Several other states got a few inches of snow so I was grateful! I didn't stray far from the hotel - only to have lunch with a couple of my crew members.

There obviously wasn't much opportunity to find a blip, but I saw these moving ads for the Humane Society on a corner of this building. Animals need heroes for sure, but equally, animals are wonderful heroes for humans. I have one such hero in my own life and am looking forward to being home with her tomorrow.
