Evening walk & girl child playing

A better day today for me . 
Waitrose for coffee paper and some shopping in the morning . 

Then my son J came over in the afternoon with N and the wee one . It was lovely to see them. 

They couldn't stay for a meal, so when they left , we put the dinner in the oven and went to walk along the esplanade ....again . 
30 minutes walk seems manageable. 
Great to be on the mend.
