A rather murky start to the day but I still had an early walk to Waterhead. Then home, breakfast and laundry. It brightened through the morning and I managed to dry much of the washing on the line. 

There was time for another local walk to get my 10,000 steps done for the day. In a garden only a few streets away these daffodils had fallen over the heather so I took some shots with the phone camera, knowing that it would make a much more colourful blip than the morning photos.
