My masterpiece

When I found this in a cooking book in this morning, I grew impatient to make it. And, thls is a result of my hard work for one hour. Of course, it is not today's main dinner, so I should make it from now. Am I a devotee?

Leaving that side, this is a vegetarian diet introduced by a Buddhist priest. The outside is bean curd sheet, kelp stock became solid by agar.

So, this menu is called agar cuisine with some vegitables inside.
