Head and bony parts of a sea bream

This is a home cooking that my mom often cooked for us.
Eating this meal, we should pay attention in order not to be stuck out our throat by a fish bone. Added, eatable parts are very little.
But the taste is very good, so whenever I find a head of sea bream, I want to cook it.
