Another in an occasional series of postboxes. This one dates between 1910 and 1936; the reign of George V. He doesn't get the V because he was the first George to have his cypher on a postbox. This box is in the wall of a Victorian building at the top of East Farleigh hill, opposite the church and next to the Bull. It's an interesting building and well worth finding on Google street view. The window to the right of the shot belongs to the stonemason's shop.
I stopped off here to return a contract accepting some work later in the year. I managed to get back in time to hang out some towels in the sunshine - of course it's rained since............
