Old haunts

Back in Scotland this evening and parked in a quiet lay-by off the old road alongside the M74, close by Beattock Summit. We know this place well as we used it to exercise the dogs when traveling to and from our old house in Wanlockhead. Fond memories of Suzie and Griff...

Off to Aviemore tomorrow, it will be a long haul. We will be off early to get through the Central Belt before it gets busy.

Soon be home now and a good thing too, we are running out of cooking and heating gas!
