Rainy-day zoo

On the day we'd planned to go to the zoo as George's birthday treat, it rained. It rained a lot. Hooray for the Lego he got as a present; this was the only zoo he'd see today.

At one point, I got cabin fever and had to go for a walk, finding the only thing wetter than me.

In the evening, the weather cleared, and the kids had a fine time running around, full of birthday cake.
