Anglesey Abbey

The sun actually shone today ... yes, really. I went with Jill my friend to see Anglesey Abbey house and gardens . It was a delightful day made even better by the tea and carrot cake. I love the house as it is a real family home last owned by Lord Fairhaven. There is plenty to read about it on the National Trust website.
