Rhossili
What a wonderful day! We ambled around Mumbles for a while, sat and contemplated going on a boat trip while we drank coffee. In the end Mr L won and we didn't go! It was a tad expensive at £70 for us both for just an hour and a half. The sun was shining, and the sun so wam we took off our coats and headed for Rhossili, as recommended by our Hungarian waitress at breakfast. It took us quite out our way but well worth it. Beautiful views of the bay's, we walked a mile or so and then back for if cream. I really couldn't choose which one of the photos, so settled on the general wide shot from the top of the cliff.
We then set off for Cardigan and the sat nav took us way off the main roads, through the heart of Wales countryside. The Guest House tonight is way above the one from last night, even though the price is the same. Tasteful and roomy, we are here for 2 nights. We ate out at a weird restaurant that combined Welsh and Columbian food. I decided I don't like coco in my sauce that accompanies chicken breast!
Back now for an early night as we didn't sleep well last night. Aunt J rang and we arranged to go over tomorrow morning. Cousin C is also there and it will be good to see them both.
