Mr. Bouquetin might Disappear Soon

...... from the edge of the Grand Chamossaire. The snow is going with the föhen wind (called the snow eater) melting the snow so fast, that he will no longer have to depend on the exposed grass where the avalanches have gone down. Today his 2 younger companions, or maybe his sons, had already gone to pastures new. This bouquetin is looking very well for a possible 27 years of age if you count the circles on his horns, but he is past his breeding age which apparently ends around 17 years of age. It has been a privilege to spend time with him this winter.
