Charlton Lido

Swam with a friend at the Charlton lido this evening. I've wanted to swim here for quite a while. It's 50m long. Worth the wait. I loved it. I so wish I lived nearer. My friend Alistair only lives 5 mins away...lucky guy.
It's so much nicer swimming with someone else. We kept each other going and ended up doing 4,000 mts. Very pleased with that. I need to keep it up though as I have a couple of big swims coming up.
This won't be my one and only visit.
