Another day mostly by the pool. Had some disappointing news about a house we had made an offer a while back. To make it legal could take up to 1 or 2 years so the current owner will not do it. And we will not take the risk that the buildings have to be demolished. So back to square one it is. Spanish real estate is quite an adventure.

Tomorrow morning we have an appointment with another agent about a place that is currently constructed. We'll see... But for now we have buried the idea of airbnb since we simply have not found a place that has rental abilities too. Have to find other ways to get bread and butter.
