Seal Sanctuary

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek was a wonderful place for today's outing - they are doing a lot of great work to try to help the seal population in the SW. These windows were onto the nursery pools and there were two adorable seal pups - called Russell and Amelia - who were very inquisitive and friendly. They followed the girls' hands on the window and did spins and somersaults to show off. Both are on the mend after being very poorly, and should be released back into the wild soon.
